17) Bloom Vs Farage
Here’s another from an apparently intoxicated Bloom:

Brilliant. And Farage’s response to this line?:

18) Geoffrey Clark
Geoffrey Clark really pushed the envelope and got himself sacked with this irredeemably bad quote:
Compulsory abortion when the foetus is detected as having Down’s, spina bifida or similar syndrome which, if it is born, could render the child a burden on the state as well as on the family.
If someone was writing a comedy sitcom about idiots in politics they wouldn’t dare write something as awful as that, no one would believe it possible.
19. Stuart Wheeler
I like this next one, because it was said whilst talking on BBC Radio 4. It wasn’t an accidental late night tweet or an overheard conversation, this guy knew he was being recorded and just thought it was OK to say these sorts of things. He said that women are…
nowhere near as good as men…
…at chess, bridge and poker.
To be fair, he’s probably right, women have got better things to do. But it’s just the fact that he said it on air without even the slightest idea that someone might be up in arms.
20. Nigel Farage Continued
Farage once said that women with children were “worth less” than men in the financial sector. He claimed women with children were responsible for their own reduction in pay if they have children – because they take maternity leave and become less valuable to their businesses.
21. Janice Atkinson
Janice, enchanting wench that she is, has recently found herself in the spotlight thanks to some pretty tasty financial faux pas. The official einquiry will find out for sure if fiddling her expenses is AOK or not. If you recognise her name it’s because she called a Thai lady (who is also a UKIP member(!?)) a “ting tong”. How erudite:
22) Rozanne Duncan
In a TV interview, yes, on the TV, not recorded secretly from a private bunker, Duncan said the following, shortly after declaring she wasn’t a racist:

Wow. Sugar coat that. Rozanne Duncan did end up getting fired from UKIP but that hasn’t stopped her hitting the news again recently with her hate-filled mantras.
There’s plenty more on the old internet but I think that will do for now… and it’s worth remembering that these are the quotes made in the public domain. Just imagine what goes on behind closed doors.
So if you find yourself even partially agreeing with anything that Ukip stands for, you still shouldn’t vote for them. Ever. They are unanimously mental. Farage will continue to sack those representatives that accidentally expose the mad things they think are true, but the problem is, Ukip’s ethos attracts divs, and it always will.
