How To Make A Massive Tyrannosaurus Rex Head
The internet is awash with useless “how-to” guides. Anything from how to apply lipstick to look like an idiot to how to make a stove out of a beer can. Today I bring you something that is actually useful. Possibly the first useful guide on the whole unsavoury internet: How to make a huge dinosaur head out of Styrofoam.
So don’t say I never give you nothing, because I know you’ll be referring back to this web page again and again throughout your adult lives. So here we go. Bear in mind that I got these instructions from a Russian website, and my Russian language skills are well below par so I’m missing some details. But you guys aren’t dimwits are you? You can fill in the blanks I’m sure.
1) So, firstly, get some foam:
2) Also, you’ll need one of these machines. Check your parlor or airing cupboard, most homes will have one. What’s it called? I’m not sure, but I think it cuts foam. If you can’t find yours, nip down Argos or Tesco and you should find one in the ‘industrial equipment’ aisle.
3) Then… erm…. put some bricks on the bits you’ve cut out. For some reason. Not sure why, just do it.
4) Shape it a bit more…
5) Make it a bit more curvy or something…
6) Get some more curvy bits…
7) Get some even bigger curvy bits and put them next to each other…

8) Shape it so it looks like a Tyrannosaurus Rex…
9) Insert the pre-prepared dinosaur teeth that you should have done in step 3.2…
10) Just pop the teeth right in there, like this guy with an orange for a face…
11) Measure the dinosaur structure…
12) Now, you will need to treat the foam to strengthen it and give it a nice shine. I’m not sure what you should use, so I suggest rubbing it down with milk or bee’s wax maybe?…
13) Then paint it in traditional dinosaur colours and you’re done!
See? It’s not that complicated at all is it? But, if you’re too lazy to go through with it all, I found a place where you can buy life size dinosaurs so just click here instead- LAZY!:
