The She Beast, 1966, follows the fate of a woman that crashes into a river and is possessed by the spirit of an 18th Century witch that had been drowned in that very spot. The film stars Barbara Steele and was also known as The Revenge Of The Blood Beast which I prefer tbh.

The Monster That Challenged The World, 1957, involves a giant prehistoric mollusc that is freed from his stony tomb by an earth quake. I reckon this is my favourite baddy of the bunch.
